Popped in on a Sunday afternoon before going to the cinema. We only had drinks, but people around us were eating Sunday roasts & they looked absolutely delicious, the best I've seen for a while, so the 4 of us intend to go back to have a roast dinner one of the Sundays & hope they taste as good as they looked x

Phoned at 8pm to see if they could cater for a party of 4, which they could. Arrived 20 minutes later and the friendly courteous staff provided us with a hot, home cooked meal within a reasonable time frame. Prices are excellent and well below the local chain pubs.

When I checked in, I went to my room it was still in the state the previous user had left it. Luckily I was only dropping my things off to then go straight back out to return later. Whilst I was gone they made the room up and it was very clean and everything laid out very well if it were not for my room not actually being ready they would have got an extra star and it didn't use the facilities so couldn't comment or add another star for that reason

Good for town centre visit or night out. Friendly attentive staff. Very reasonable prices. Plenty of parking in council car park.

I wasn't overly impressed when my company put me here on the face of it. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the room fitout, cleanliness and lovely helpful staff!

Friendly staff, cool, quiet environment for a night out. They have some cozy spaces for some privacy and the beer is moderately priced.
Great array of craft beers too!
