A wonderful few days to celebrate a birthday was spent in this not to be missed hostelry.
A most excellent host and attentive but not intrusive staff. The menu choice was superb and cooked to perfection.
Rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy.
We can't wait to return in 2023....

We visited the Maytime Inn on a hot August afternoon. So we sat outside. There was plenty of seating and pleasantly laid out.
I ordered a Traditional Ale which i was not very impressed by its taste. My wife enjoyed her lemonade though.
One point to note if you have younger children, we noticed a lot of wasps about, some tables had wasp killer bottles on them. Be aware of this possible danger.

Didn't stay in rooms, dropped in for a coffee before walking along the nearby River Windrush. The staff were very polite, courteous and helpful, the coffee was really good. The food menu looks excellent and we will be back to try the pork belly !

Stopped in for dinner while on holiday. Surroundings lovely, as were the staff. The food wonderful. A little bit off the beaten track but we'll worth the trip. Thanks for a lovely evening

Lovely pub, everything you would want from a Sunday lunch at a country pub! Super efficient staff, chilled atmosphere, shout out to Joseph and also the lady with blonde hair and nice blue patterned shirt! The lit fire outside was a nice touch too!

My son's wife's parents are visiting from Korea and we stopped off from a day out for a evening meal and drinks. Lovely venue, inside and out. We all really enjoyed our meals, lovely staff and the venue.

Beautiful room. Warm and welcoming, fresh flowers everywhere even in January! Enormous and very good breakfast. A pretty dining room with lots of pictures, books to borrow, interesting and excellent food. We hope to come back.

Review is for the restaurant.
We were basically lost driving in complete darkness around the area, trying to find something to eat, when we stumbled across this place. We were very pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the people who work at the inn were and how beautiful it was inside, including a giant garden with lots of space and warm blankets provided. Inside the pub we sat by the fireplace and had some great drinks. Bloody Mary was particularly good, quite perfectly made.
Food was really impressive as well, we ordered a lot of different things as they all were very great. My favourite were soup of the day and the camembert cheese starter. Service was fast and polite. Would love to visit again during warmer days.
