We needed to replace a fridge freezer in our holiday let down near Newquay, Sparkworld had just what we needed in stock the sales lady was very helpful gave us all the information we needed, and arrange to get it delivered next day. Good showroom with plenty of appliances on display. Prices pretty much the same as the big online brands, but you can see what you're getting. We didn't feel pressured by the staff and were left to browse, but when we wanted help the chap who approached us was helpful and knowledgeable - we ended up spending less than we thought we'd have to to get the features we wanted. They provided free delivery within a couple of days - and the delivery was excellent, with a time slot provided on the day. So we were very happy, and I recommend anyone takes the time to visit them before just ordering online from the "Anonymous Option", we were glad we did.

purchased several items, one of which a Bosch kettle became faulty after the first day, cuts out intermittently on the boil cycle, not every time, but constantly now since buying it just over a week ago.. told in store that they are not going to replace it because theres nothing wrong with it in their eyes as it boiled in store, even though i have stated it does it intermittently , surely this cant be right being left with a substandard appliance ???

We needed a new Washing machine because the other one conked out on us 😔😔. So we called in at Sparkworld to see if they had what we wanted. We had a look at some of them and wasn't sure about a few things. So we asked Liz at reception if she could Help us in our search, She Was so Knowledgeable and Professional in what she told us about the Efficiency and Ratings for the Machines. So we bought a Washing machine that was suitable for our needs. It Will be delivered and fitted in a few days Fantastic!!😁😁👍👍 A Family run business who likes to look after it's Customers.
