Halfords - Bridgwater

My thanks to the team at Bridgwater Halfords for looking after my needs. I have always had good service from them, which has mostly been for my annual MOT and air conditioning service only, as all maintenance on my Renault is carried out by myself; it was my original trade. Customer service is absolutely awful. We went to but 2 scooters both £100 each but before we went to get a charger which is weirdly placed in the same isle as the spray paint. A employee came up to us and asked us to leave as we weren’t allowed near the spray paint. As we asked the manager why we were being kicked out he said ‘it’s my shop and I can do what I want' then a nicer employee came out to tell us why we were kicked out and there reason was because we were trying to buy spray paint but we explained to her that we was just buying a charger. She understood and went to tell her manager but the manager just said ' I want them out of my store ' we then walked off and he shouted ' that’s right leave! '

Asked for some help but was told there short staffed! Only to see 4 staff members around the till. I appreciate retail is struggling at the moment but where is the customer service? Those staff may of just started I would of waited to receive help, another customer tried to help me and went to get some it took 2 mins of the young lads help.

Brilliant place to shop with a exelent shop lay out. Everything is signposted making it very easy to find stuff, and with lots of friendly staff willing to help if you cant. I personally would rate them 10 stars.

Couldn’t fault! I am completely useless when it comes to cars but received the best help possible. The man who assisted me was fab, so friendly and approachable. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

Arrived shortly after opening time at Bridgwater branch - after a 24hr shift, tired, expecting little - hoping for more...(Got it 👍)
Seeking a headlamp bulb fitting/change after being quoted for (much) more by my regular 'friendly' garage - who could not fit me in until the next day....

Sorted and ready to drive away within 10 minutes (at half garage price)... including being signed up for company discount scheme... Excellent!!!

Very pleased with my visit to Halfords. Managed to get everything that I wanted. I had recently just joined the club and was a little confused on how I would be able to redeem my discount as I don 't have smart phone. The lady on the checkout was extremely helpful and pleasant with it. Having just bought a newer car I was having problems on closing the bonnet so I sought assistance from a young assistant in the shop who sorted the problem for me. Sorry that I don't know their names but many thanks to them both.

I visited today for assistance with my vehicle Caz & Fran assisted nothing was too much trouble. Both colleagues dealt with my query efficiently, promptly and were very friendly. Thank you very much, highly recommended
