The last thing about them is elite. Worst of the kind. As you can see in the picture attached, the way my car was parked the scratch when I pick it up. My fault I didn’t take any pictures when delivering my car now the incompetent fools claim the scratch was already there.

If you want to ruin your car then please do go here, if not don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Fleet vehicle booked in for a standard service with courtesy car provided. No reception area left me wandering around to find them to drop the vehicle in. Very polite. Courtesy car provided (2007 BMW with 216k on the clock) was unclean inside and out (just after lockdown when we are all supposed to be super careful), controls sticky to the touch and smelt strongly of dog. >>>
Telephoned to say my car was ready to collect. I arrived 30 mins later to see it being driven away. Apparently to be taken for cleaning. 30 minutes later it was brought back. Very clean inside and out. Next morning I realise my wheel nuts have visible colour bleaching on them on 3 wheels and are missing from the 4th. I contact to ask them to look into it and provide photos. 4 hours later they respond to say it wasnt them but they can sell me new ones. I am always keen to support independent businesses but in this instance I cannot endorse them and would not return.

My Skoda octavia was sent here by warrenty company as they didn’t want to pay main dealer prices. They had my car for two days. The car had an issue with the auto wipers not working and the interior light not coming on when the doors are opened. After two days they stated that both items had been coded out of the car, and I had to go to Skoda to have it fixed. I had to pay the £95 bill. So before it went to Skoda I looked at the issues myself, taking the cover off the rain sensor, the sensor was hanging down and not clipped in. One clip in later and is fully working, pretty much the same issue with the interior light. Both items fixed by me (not a car mechanic) within the hour. Do not trust this garage!! Not elite at all. Waste of two days and £95.

Do not use! The service was fine, however, the delivery driver when delivering my car didn’t put the handbrake on. The car rolled down my driveway into my neighbours wall. Honestly can’t believe this could ever happen. The business refuse to accept any fault whatsoever and will not provide any evidence supporting their own statements.

Armando, Mark and their wonderful team have looked after our cars for the past 15 years and we can’t recommend them enough. They offer a highly skilled and very professional service with collection and delivery to suit, always returning after a superb valet. They have also been extremely helpful with buying and selling our cars. Would not go anywhere else.

I have used Autoelite a couple of times for tyres and they have really gone the extra mile, they are great to deal with. The new premises look good too.

I do not recommend this garage, be careful! I left the new car with them, they found a minor problem with a wheel. They started the repair without my approval. I couldn't take the car from them until they repaired it. Huge bill. They kept the car in the garage for several days for no reason. the rental car from them was horrible, very dirty inside, I refused to take it. Mark and Armando behaved badly, I did not understand their attitude. a very bad experience, I do not recommend this garage!

Been having issues with the car and tried getting it sorted through WarrantyWise. Despite living in Luton this was the closest business they could send me too. They had my car for four days and told me there was nothing wrong other than a loose cable on the battery. Three days later the issue was back. Took it too an auto electrician in Luton (out of my own pocket as WarrantyWise don't deal with them). Within 15mins he was able to confirm the Bluetooth system was leaving a constant drain on the battery and they simply removed it. Wouldn't use this company again as their diagnostic methods are clearly lacking.
