Terrible experience in branch, as the person I sent to pay money in wasn't aware of the exact number of pound coins in the money bags he was not able pay them in. The branch employee huffed a number of times when he asked to pay money (notes) in and then when she needed to count it. And when he asked to see a manager, she said no one was available

I always thought staff in Barclays were always polite and nothing was to much trouble for them especially the young lady who helps my children open bank accounts

Had to go and open a bank account with my son. We had a lovely lady called Emma. Emma was exceptionally helpful, happy, chatty just made the whole experience a pleasure even though they were having problems with their computers.

I am a bit surprised to be honest. I don't bank with Barclays but wanted my 12 years old daughter to have a decent account. I was faced with a lady who tried to discourage me from doing so by telling that that it would be quicker if I opened my daughter's account at Santander, which is where I bank. I am a bit disheartened by this" pushing new customers away" extremely cold attitude, which can, and has here, came across as very rude. I booked an appointment to transfer my business over, but now this is cancelled - Thanks to Lloyds excellent customer service.

Awesome service, went to this branch for the first time and within the last 30mins of them closing, couldn't ask for better service, were able to back date statements and get them delivered to my door, what more could one ask for, excellent bank a true asset for the people of Nuneaton and nearby!

How does Barclays dare to lecture people on the use of pronouns. Condescending wokes. Stick to being bankers, and not another noun that rhymes with bankers. By the way, if I ever need to use Barclays I prefer to be referred to as a lawnmower.
