Decided to serve person behind me first, presumably because they were richer.

They just stop my text balance without notice

Couldn't get in...clearly open as all the lights are on. I waited outside for 20 minutes, rang the doorbell... Nobody answered. A complete waste of my time. I travelled all that way to put money in my account for nothing. No signs on the door of any reason as to why nobody would answer/ let me in. Disgusting service. Barclays Head office need to have a word with this branch.

Bad attention, rude personal. Don't open a account there.

Lovely, helpful staff .I’m always served with respect, help and patience . They treat you as you treat them. What I observed..It must be difficult for staff dealing with some fussy clients around here. ( personal opinion )
