Always find the staff readily available for any help required, there are times when you have to wait in line for the ATMs or cashier but not for too long.

Had an appointment with Vanessa she was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed as a Muslim customer.

This branch is not fit for purpose two staff no cashier no money bags been without bags over 6 weeks looks like they are running another branch down to close

Went to open an account at Wallington. What a terrible experience!! I understand the need for a bank to verify proof of address but surely all bills are now on line so if I have the bill it will be on my phone right!

The person at the front desk said she needed a print out. Fine. But surely! Asking for the envelope the bill came in? You could have just told me I did not fit the profile for a Barclays banker.

By far the worst bank I ever used in my life
No staff!! 1 person on counter serving dozen ppl, average visit here to bank money 30-40mins..
I give the envelop and they stamp the book.. shd take 10 seconds

Terrible branch. Shortened opening hours despite always being busy. Saturdays are closed too. How can you be open until 2p.m. on weekdays?! People have work! Also, no parking for visitors but that's my least concern. Often the branch closes before the closing time as well. If you close this late then at least open very early so people can still come before work. Opening at 9:30a.m. is not acceptable.

Absolutely useless! Had a meeting on 19th June to open a business account. Now 8th August and only received paying-in book and cheque book - and who needs those nowadays? No card, pin or on-line access despite many calls and the 'account manager' never replies!!
