Santander

Considering the size of the branch, the quietness is rather surprising. With self service machines near the entrance and advisors standing by if any questions are required, a customer never has to queue long.

The most unhelpful branch and unsupportive staff. They are more interested in getting sales rather than service. Specially the ladies staff in this branch are so unhelpful.

One star too good for some of the staff. Unprofessional behaviour.
Retraining needed with regards to customer service.

Needed to update a standing order. From entering to leaving the bank...under 3 minutes!!!

Nice and friendly.

Trying to set up mobile banking the website does not work when injuring and submitting details and tried telephoning twice now and got cut off. This is not a customer centric service which is really disappointing. My comments are not reflective of the actual staff

I love this Santander branch! The staff are always smiley, welcoming and helpful. A joy! It makes doing financial transactions pleasurable.

I live in an hour from Winchester, but hate my local Santander. Some of the staff are surly, rude and totally unhelpful. I'm not surprised that it is closing down shortly. So I have a direct comparison.

When I go to this one even though this town is a lot bigger the queues are much smaller in this Santander perhaps they have sorted out the staffing levels here. Also it’s very clean inside

i have a basic account so i also have a top up debit card it would of been 5 stars if i had a santander account with a debit card so i would not have the need for 2 cards but apart from that the staff are wonderful especially the scots lady she is very polite and always calls me mr evans -so its nice staff remember who you are -nothing is too much trouble at this branch
