Barclays Bank

Seemed under staffed or the staff there do not want to help. The young person on the front counter did not seem to know what to do or when there was a lot of people. There is only ever one or two counters open which makes it worse and the waiting time to speak to an advisor turned into an hour. I was left waiting in an empty area with no one telling me anything until I found and asked. The branch needs organising and new staff. When the staff are dealing with a customer it would be nice to have their attention instead of them constantly getting up and walking off without any kind of manners. Have become very disappointed with this branch since it has changed for the worse.

I have visited this bank several times and have only had positive experiences. The bank employees were always helpful and polite to me.

Very unprofessional. Staff member named 'shenaz' or something like that was seriously unhelpful and not giving full information. I was in a queue with two people ahead of me and couldn't help but hear her advice, being not helpful and unprofessional. One customer in front of me had an issue, which was resolvable and I found them not far from the station after I left, outside and told them what to do next to resolve their issue. Despite the individual literally asking 'shenaz' what can he do and what steps should he take, she gave closed answers saying 'sorry there's nothing we can do'. As for my issue, yeah it didn't get resolved by this staff member which was no surprise. Barclays, train your staff members properly!

A busy branch, but how many of the customers and staff know about the serious and immediate risk to human health and the survival of the natural world, that Barclays’ investment and financing strategy presents. Barclays has invested over $167 billion in fossil fuels since the Paris agreement and continues to be the biggest fossil fuel funder in the UK and in Europe (ranking 7th in the world overall).

Unfortunately this branch is useless - half of it is closed, no tills open, machines only, staff is not really helpful and unable to verify my statements.

When I asked for a desktop with good light to scan my documents I was told to go outside.

No stars, was there today waiting for counter service. In the que for just shy off an hour. One counter staff and long que. And to top it off if you work Monday to Friday 9 to 5, you have no chance of using the slow counter service. Why because Saturday counter service has been withdrawn. If barclays asked their customers what thay want, it would be different from what they are giving.

I wish I could give this bank zero stars!!!!

Every more worse service now, as they closed there counter service on Saturdays, which means I can't now do my charity donations banking.

Very poor Business banking service, refused to count my church donation collection which I wanted to make sure was correct. Instead, they said they would contact me...I spoke to the manager who was no help at all, plus I never got a confirmation as to the amount they banked I had to check online. This branch of Barclay's has poor management and staff!

The worse bank for business users, staff and unhelpful and never contact you when they take money to count!!!!
