Halifax

This is my local bank and I never really speak to the staff, I usually use the machines. I cashed a cheque last week and the guy barely leaned or moved from his seat, which he was slumped in like he couldn't be bothered. Then he never offered any information about when it should clear in my account, seeing that it's the holidays. It was too much of an effort to even put my receipt in the counter. He was lazy and rude.

Not sure why but one of the friendliest bank branches I've ever visited in the UK. All the staff are really nice!

The app has been broken for ages, went in today to see if I could delete a standing order as I no longer have the account in which it is set to. Was told that this was not possible (even in store) and that I have to phone IT as there is an IT issue. What!?
There is a lady working there that is utterly useless, she has an open counter but refuses to see people. You need on average 20 minutes to stand in the queue to wait for the only single counter available to serve. Nightmare! Thankfully I am leaving Halifax next week so this hassle is short lived!

rude cashiers who easily they tell you, they are manager of branch but when you asked their name, they refused to write their name for complain. this branch it doesn't mach to fulham area. they have very doggy cashier.

Just know there is the branch but seem like they never open!

It seems that they change their hours at a moment's notice and never update the website. They are no longer open on Saturdays and they now close at 3pm on Fridays. Basically useless as I'm never able to actually use this bank despite me living a quick walk from it.

Letter drop box is never attended to by the staff.
No mention of when it is opening again - very poor service from halifax
