Nationwide Building Society

I bank at Nationwide and got my mortgage agreed at this branch. It's definitely one of the nicer Nationwide branches, being more recently renovated. Staff were very helpful arranging the meetings and going through all the discussions to agree the terms.

Would like to thank the T. Wells staff for continuously offering great service when I visit this store. They are such a friendly and helpful team and their service has not faultered even when faced with the adverse conditions during covid-19. I'd highly recommend a visit to this store if you are looking for friendly yet professional staff.

I have been a member of Nationwide for more than 30 years and use them for my banking and savings. I have recently done a Later Life Mortgage and the service my the team at Tunbridge Wells was exceptional as usual.

Very helpful staff. Have been great at managing the distancing during the pandemic and very helpful when ever I need anything or have any questions. Great staff and great branch!

Asked the lady on the desk for 2 card readers , one for me , one for relative who rarely ventures to town “ NO - one one per person” and wouldn’t budge , wasn’t asking for 20 or anything , just 2 !!!

Great good old fashioned service in clean safe environment, staff are very helpful and go that bit extra to make life that bit easier, looking after there members ! a better service than some other high street banks. Ta all

I went into Nationwide Tunbridge wells and was greeted by a member of staff named Alex. It was very difficult for me to enter the branch due to family difficulties. Alex put me at ease immediately with her kind support! She gave me all the information I needed with knowledge and expertise, guiding me though all the options available to me within the branch.
