Very slow moving. And wanted specific cash out but said they can only give what came out of the machine behind the till??
So I waited 15 minutes when I could have just done it outside.
Seems pointless if the people who work there can't give out money at the till. Doh.

Staff were very slow and couldn't help me with any of my queries, was asked to come in another time but again this time they couldn't solve my problem. Annoying wasting time going in if they can't help ypu so best avoid if possible

The branch has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, easily accessible fast turnaround in the queue.

Opening hours are hopeless. Should be just as proficient in branch as the app is (which is pretty decent). Basically impossible to make a deposit if you have a regular 9-5.

The worst customer services ever..someone came into the bank and they staff there seem to know her...while waiting in the queue to be service..20 mins now..and they still chit chatting about building work etc...so annoying..and they actually said to me that she is multitasking..unbelievably when I can see and hear everything

Closes at 2:00???? And not open at weekends. Yet online I'm told I have to go in person. Won't be banking with them again
