Very good experience in this place... I don't know all staff so Lynette was very helpful and kind with me.
When she could do to visual contact which me she smiled and recognized me from other times. She remembered the previous conversation.... So nice
She explained everything with amiability, give a personal examples.
So it's no the first time she helped me so always she was wonderful.
Really appreciate this kind of service. She doing easy to do the back things.
I well come back for all my bank stuff.

20+ free parking spaces at branch at all times, but they won't allow disabled customers nor the elderly to park there, there's NO street parking. But they do allow "friends" to shop locally and park, as evidenced by non-staff driving off with shopping bags.

Ok service but suffers in that they did away with all cashier so queues can build up if yoyr behind a queue of not so tech save OAPs trying to do more complex banking

Ramesh was an absolute angel in helping to solve issues of the bank account. He was able to solve all the problems within 20mins and sent me home super happy and worry-free ! Ramesh, thank you so much ! :)

Kind staff there returned my wallet, IDs and football season ticket when it was found in the road. Got it the next day. They went above and beyond. Thank you

Should be 0 star. Outrageously bad customer service. No customers in the bank just 7 staff members having a chat so you would think staff were available and willing to help. I wanted to open a savings account which on Barclays website states you can do this online or in store. I wanted to do this in store. I managed to get the attention of SHANICE what I can only describe as the rudest person and needs to have an intensive course in customer service, or just how to speak to people generally. I was given a filthy look and she point blank refused to help me stating you can only open accounts online or via the app and if I needed information I can read it on the website. This is not true as I phoned up to complain after I was harshly ushered towards the door and was told that I could have opened the account to my frustration. Absolute unprofessional mannerless ugly little girl.

Go through all the effort of meeting at the branch a business manager to open a new business bank account. Get my fellow director to go into another branch to send off more forms. Get told will be confirmed when receive these - no answer! Then, when trying to call / email the business manager to get status, no answer. Then spending 20 minutes waiting to speak to Barclays, get told that I have to call branch. Then spend 10 minutes on hold to speak to branch and just get cut off. A complete waste of time. Irony is the business manager's footer includes: "Respect | Integrity | Service | Excellence | Stewardship". Suggest these footers get changed to reflect reality. No service, no excellence, no communication.
