Nigel, a manager in the Dalston branch was disgustingly rude and downright condescending to my friend, to the point she broke down into tears. There was absolutely no provocation at all. We have made a formal complaint about this.

The worst Halifax branch ever. It's so hard to finish your job in that branch. There are too many dificulties by the staffs there. Shame on Halifax.

Each staff takes tea break every hour. Peak time there is only 1 ( one ) cashier , the rest at luch break or 3 p.m. tea break.....If you want to get depressed,stressed and felt useless it's the perfect place for you.

Online Banking full of bugs. Phone banking take over an hour to get your call. When you go to a Bank branch they say it can only be solved online or phone! Terrible service. Worst bank in the world!!!!!

Terrible customer service!!! Going to avoid this branch from now on! Girl at the help desk seems like she just wants to get rid of you quickly so she can check her phone or get up from her seat. Went into ask if my standing order had started/left my account. Not even she cared to listen to my question properly she didn’t even bother to check exactly what my enquiry was if she was unsure what my question was she could have asked me to repeat myself. She was so desperate to go on her phone she made me leave the branch leaving with wrong information. Walked back into the branch to check myself as I wasn’t convinced so checked on the ATM myself and it turns out the standing order had started and the money had left my account. She just explained this as miscommunication and expected me to be okay with that. Not even cared to give an apology. I honestly hate that people have no respect for their work and can comfortably go on their phones in front of customers. It’s the second time this is happening. This branch really need to fix up their staff attitude.
