Metro Bank

I went there to open a business account for my startup business. Gabriella collected my details for the first step, she was extremely professional and kind, it was almost like chatting with a friend at all times. As the account couldn't be opened on the same day, Gabriella said she would call to let me know when to come back, and she did call very soon after that, again being very kind and efficient. On the second appointment Piotr finished my business account opening and he was also very kind and helpful, at all times I felt like chatting with friends. While Piotr was doing the paperwork for me, he was very clear and helpful on explaining the details of the accounts and options that I had. I recommend Gabriella and Piotr and MetroBank Hounslow to everybody, amazing customer service.

The most rediculous customer service you could ever receive . Hounslow Branch manger has very bad attitude and behaves as if he own the bank .apart from that it’s impossible to bank with this Metro bank .
