I really don’t know why everyone is complaining but this Natwest is brilliant loads of peopel are happy to help with mobile banking or any other sorts.

Didn’t want to put a star because this bank is a disgrace for a bank. 30 to 40 minute wait. 1 person in front of me. 1 at till. 1 person serving. Rest in back chatting.
Place should be shut down. Worst bank and service for a bank.

Think it is absolutely ridiculous they are shut on a Saturday. People who work Monday-Friday don’t have a chance to go at the times they are open. Why can’t it be open for a few hours like every other bank!
