Cheeses, cant google get any less help than a picture of a shop front inside a Mall in wood green where there are several, and another picture of a rear car park? No sign of landmarks or any indication of where this place actually is is indicated here. The pionter arrow is ambiguously showing somewhere round the back of a block..The street number on wood green high street is less use than an ash tray on a motor cycle because no building displays one.
The staff are jolly nice though.Very 'Bankish' and helpful.
No que's either; nobody can find the place.
They can have the other star when they get the sign replaced.
somebody tried to steal from my account and I have had my account blocked because of this.
that's good I'm glad no money could be stolen from me.
But I went to this bank several times with proof and I'D to sort out the issue and I was denied as my passport is out of date and I don't drive and don't have a license and my proof of benifit letter was a little out of date.
I am on benifits and can not afford a passport or a drivers license or to even learn to drive.
and on first coming to the bank I was denied access to my own money because I look like a man and not the miss printed on my bank card.
I am transgender I prefare male clothes to female clothes.
and I was judged on this and told I am a man go get the official customer or buy a new passport and was then refused the manager and to speak with anybody else as they don't believe I am a customer.
I next day went with my farther to witness this disgrace.
and was yet again denied access to my money or to sort out my account as I need a new passport and to drive and have license and would have to get a up to date benifit letter taking 10 days to arrive.
I have photo I'D and everything went through fine on her system with my passport.but was still denied. I believed to have yet again been chastised for being transgender and not looking like a woman.
I have had my account blocked for 2 weeks almost now and have not been allowed to access my account because of homophobia and likely thoughts that I am a suspect.after many years of being part of this bank.
I have a dog and have had no money to feed him for almost 2 weeks and had to ask my family for support.
I am outraged and humiliated at the treatment I have recived and the abuse.
I have had to change banks to recived my benifits as this bank refuse to help me.and won't allow me to withdraw my benifit in my account to move to my other account meaning they have stolen my money more or less.
and are keeping hold of my money for homophobia and treating me as a suspect.
I have reported this to the head manager and director and also the police for abuse.
I have never been so disgusted and treated so badly in my life.
And they have no right to refuse me my own money on the facts of homophobia and there own issue with me.
terrible I do not recommend using this bank to anybody specially if you are gay' transgender or transvestite you will be abused beyond belief and not allowed access to you're own money.......
All I want to do is order a cheque book, more than 1 hour on hold then cut off.
Plus they charge for the phone call.
Still need a cheque book.
