Canara Bank

Me visited in 2014 , because bank appreciated me for acieving all business parameters. Then GM and other branch officials shown their hospitality. Many many thanks to all Landon Branch officials.

Totally and utterly useless as well as incompetent. This bank is not helpful at all and will not deal with NRI accounts and FDs. Even though their website clearly states it does. They have poor listening skills and have a totally failed in understanding the complex issue created by the Malabar Hill Branch in Mumbai. I have been trying to access my funds since 2019 and transfer them to the UK. We have provided them with every detail and ID possible which they have verified. 3 years later and still not having access to our money I called the branch in London. They have a total lack of empathy and after asking to speak with the branch manager. I was informed that his time is precious and will only deal with me if they feel it’s necessary. This is disgraceful. If you wish to invest in India do not use this Bank. You will not be able to access your own money - even after applying for online banking. My father passed away during this time and he died worrying that we will not be able to get our money. I’m beginning to think that he was right. Absolutely appalling. Shame on you Canara Bank.

Canara bank in London is as bad as the branches in India If anyone is planning on visiting this branch I suggest don’t because you will just end up wasting your time !
