terrible service when you walk inn... when i said i switch the bank to different.. the women said... LUCKY YOU... didnt care at all! just because of the Customer service (this particular women!!!) i decided to get out from there! HOUNSLOW BANK HIGH STREET!

I'm fuming! Due to limited staff so (again) long queues I deposited a large cash balance in TSB deposit box. 24 hours later and two telephone complaints IT IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT.
I find this particular bank very slow.

I visited this branch to change my address,.
The staff were so so friendly, happy to help and knew what they were doing.

Granted, the bank was empty, but having staff who show they want to help you, does go along way.

I had a good chat with the staff and manager, they were all very kind.

I’m surprised that other customers have had a bad experience, but I’ve been doing lots of stuff at this branch for almost one year and a half, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff or bank. They all are very kind people and no one has ever been rude to me. Also, usually there are not long queues, if so, they tend to do the processes as fast as possible.

Rude and completely useless staff, especially the young blonde lady. After my second visit in this branch I decided to switch to another bank just to avoid going there for a third time, so well done staff!

I like to complain against the TSB branch in Ealing Broadway. I have been treated wrongly and utterly belittled. As each of staff has their own rules and kept rejecting the same document the other person accepted previously. Even when accepted the document they say they have posted and now they have lost it. Went back with exact same documents an another person rejected them. I have never experience such inconsistency and lack of knowledge and personal grudge. They made me cry and felt so humiliated. I have been sent back and forth 5 times as if they enjoy doing this to customers. I hope you start realising that this is not acceptable and definitely against humanity.

I have lived in uk and other countries, and this is by far the worst bank account ever had. The web banking account has many limitations which might suddenly block your account and force you to phone a terrible customer service which answers after 15 minutes and keeps you on the phone for other 30 minutes without explaining the cause of their disservice. Stay away.

Poor service unfriendly staff. I've been there for 5 times because every time they've asked for a different proof of address. Finally they accepted it and said the account will be ready in 3 working days. That was more than a month ago... Santander at the other side of the street opened my account online in one day. I wish i could give 0 stars.
