Halifax

The service in this branch was very good! Adele, in particular was very knowledgeable, efficient and went beyond good and welcoming service. Speedy service even though there were only 2 members of staff at the till. Clean environment and wheelchair access for customers. Adele even offered my wife (who was feeling poorly) a glass of water which was very appreciated, she also had a good sense of humour which is refreshing when we were running errands including banking.

Swiss Cottage Halifax not open right time who work there not smile not helpful !no body happy with them .we need to new staff here on time open bank and we want to early open Halifax like other Halifax does .thank you Rabia ulu

Very mixed - opening times need to be extended

Opening at 10:30 is not on and an absolute joke.

Am very disappointed in this branch. I went to cash a cheque which was a gift from my son's christening and dedication, the staff misled me into writing the name of the person who gave this gift, and didn't make it clear to me to write my name on. This was a gift for my son, thanks a lot to this staff for ruining this for me

Great customer service shown in this branch, very helpful staff and always cheerful. Unfortunately the opening/closing times are a bit of an annoyance, but nothing as serious as to drop one star off.

23/11/21: For the past couple of weeks this branch has been closed with no explanation. Utterly useless.

Excellent little Branch. Staff always very helpful and friendly.
