I have never been to this bank, I've never been to the UK, I've never been out of the United States, hell I've never been out of Ohio but somehow someone made charges to my checking acct from this bank causing me to be negative in my checking acct and gave me numerous overdraft charges and withdrawl fees. After contacting my bank here in the USA i was informed that multiple accts were hacked from this bank. Please check your records and your security cameras to see who is doing this to innocent people. My bank will be in touch if you don't feel like correcting this

The machine outside stole my NatWest card for no reason with no decline given by Nat West walked into the branch with my driving license and they flat out refused to give me my card back
Do not use this branch they will steal your card and refuse to give it back

Don't know how this branch scored a 5. Every time I have visited this branch I am always greeted with, we can't do that today, we are not currently providing that service you will need to visit another branch.

An extremely polite, friendly and welcoming branch. This branch is what banking was all about, and how it should remain. Liz went over and above in trying to help a predicament my mother in law had with transferring money to complete a house purchase. She listened to the situation and escalated matters appropriately, and resolved the issue in an extremely efficient manner. Excellent customer service from her, and it resulted in my mother in law being able to complete her house purchase. A huge thank you to Liz for resolving the situation. This is banking at its best where the customer's situation is listened to and everything done to assist their customer.

Trying to phone this bank is a nightmare all you get is to go online and talk to our chat service which is all very well if you have an account with them when its a query about a deceased persons account there is no way of speaking to anyone !!

Changed opening hours and now closed for lunch. They also don't tell you that the counter service is only open until 1 pm. This is no lo ger a bank!! They don't even turn the lights on in the afternoon.
