Went here to open NRE/NRO Account. It was a walk in and no prior appointment is required. Mr. Dinesh(Relationship manager) was very friendly and got the work done in 30 minutes. He explained the process and provided details accurately. Got to know that they process home loans to purchase in India, from this branch itself. You can also get Demat services from India, if you have a PAN Card. Appreciate their way of customer interaction and provision of services. I would highly recommend to visit the branch and avail the services as required.

My wife went to open an NRE/NRO account and they try to misell you into opening PRO account which has min balance requirement of 2 lakhs. When asked about other options they say they have a Basic Account for students. It appears they have a Basic NRE/NRO account with combined min balance requirement of 25k only but they never seem to recommend it unless you specifically ask for it. This is outright misselling. I had to grill their executive to ask if Basic Account is only for students when they submitted students prefer it but not limited to Students and anyone can open this NRE/NRO account. Folks be aware when you visit this branch. ask the right questions

I am having account with this bank for nearly 5 years. The bank offered whatever service I was in need of. Very easy and no Hassel. Couple of years back when my card was stolen, they guided me very well to recover it, GBP to INR transfer is very quick with competitive rates, customer care is always available... Recently I had a need to transfer money from India to UK and when I approached the Bank, they were so cooperative , did all the process so quickly. Even though there were other staffs attending other customers, Abhishek is the person who served me and it was a very good service from him. Overall the Eastham ICICI branch is very good 5 stars to them.
