Johnson is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He really is a cut above any other person that I've ever dealt with in the banking sector. Sadly, I believe Peter to be one of a kind. Lloyds, if you had a team of Peters there wouldn't be any competition to rival you. Look after this unique man, he really is exceptional. Thank you Peter.

Looking at the reviews, I can see many people unhappy. This can be used as an advantage because the BRANCH is LITERALLY EMPTY.

I love a bank when you don’t have to wait in a queue... if you like an empty bank this branch is for you!

Their customer service do need to improve and becoming more friendly! I do find this issue in many Lloyds Banks.

The branches I used to use Berkhamsted and Rickmansworth both shut down the staff at both banks were very helpful but I’m afraid the Watford branch is very unhelpful

This is such a large branch, with 4 cashiers desks, but today there was only one cashier desk open during a busy lunchtime. Waited 20 mins in the queue, a phone was ringing in the background the entire time, what an appalling customer service.

Went in specifically to withdraw money at the teller and requested new bills as part of a gift. No smile, she just pulled money out and handed it over. No new bills, no envelop, basically no customer service. Would have been easier to just go to the machine. A waste of time and disappointing service.

Appalling! A queue of 9 people and only 1 desk open out of 4 desks. This is the first time I’ve ventured into my bank in three years and now I wish I hadn’t bothered.

What is wrong with these people, why are customers being treated with contempt?

We made an appointment one a half month ago. After arriving to the office they said that the have to cancel it (not in a day before, not in a hour before, when we were here) and made another appointment in a month and a half. “Perfect” service

Standard banking experience these days. Open after we've gone to work, close before we get home, let their staff go to lunch at the same time we all ccome in to waste our lunch breaks queuing. No change in the branch 2 days after their delivery, 1 teller on when it's busy but lots of staff milling around, doing paperwork etc. It's just a strategy so everyone gets upset and gives up trying to use the branch and then they can close it because of lack of customers......and the Government lets it happen.
