Very good branch, the staff are very very helpful and always go out of there way to make sure that they have helped you with everything they can do. I have banked with Barclays for years and the main reason I stay there is the staff at this branch. The only thing which would make this branch any better would be if they had some customer parking spaces so you didn't had to use the pay and display car parks in the town centre

Not the staffs fault, but the setup is shocking!! there are 3 self service machines, and over the past few weeks, only one of them working, i was behind an elderly couple for 25 minutes, as the poor couple hadn`t got a clue how to use the machines.

Went in as due to my surname I was having major issues setting up my account, app and standing orders. The lovely woman in branch was so helpful. She set up my app, she set up my standing orders, showed me how work the app and signed me up for a bonus scheme I didn’t know existed. All this from just asking to help set up my app and see why I can’t set up payments. She went above and beyond all the while not making me feel stupid at all, unlike the Barclays agent on the phone who I had hang up on about 20 minutes prior to going in.

An excellent customer service experience today in this branch. I was dealt with first by Zoe and then by Clive. Both were knowledgeable, professional and willing to go the extra mile. A complicated technical issue was resolved in a courteous and timely manner. Thank you.

Always when I visit this bank with any request always I get my request solved.

Nice place, good atmosphere, all employees have a high standard and good service.

Big place for so many people, many services desk for any requirement and even private room with confidence to protect customers.

You can find at this place a lot of machines for cash, bank request, statement and many more.

Please don't forget to do a appointment if your request is more then a simple question.

Had the most beautiful customer experience at this branch. I met with Clare , one of the financial advisors, shes the sweetest customer care person I have ever met. She was so helpful and attended to me with so much detail and professionalism. She deserves a promotion.

It is a bank,you go there to carry out financial business, and what do you face a load of machines on which to do it, the human element is someone to help you if you dont know what your doing. The idea was put in machines and we dont need as many staff, so they got rid of the staff which left less people to help the customers who dont know how to use the
machines, thus longer queues and more time wasted in the bank. To solve the problem put the staff back behind the counters, or, change your bank to one which has enough brains and to know customers need humans to assist then straight away and not when they get into difficulties at a machine.
