I phoned the bank to ask a question about the very late delivery of my bank card and they simply put me on hold and then hang up on me. I opened an account 3 weeks ago and they said it would take about 3,4 days but its been 3 weeks and my card still hasn't came. Its absolutely disrespectful and unbelievable.

Just spent another 20 mins queuing in this branch to pay 2 cheques in! If your are going to close local branches you need to get better!! Always a big queue, 2 tellers only, one pay in machine "out of order" and other wouldn't accept my cheques. Not even an apology from teller

Was in here today. Only wanted a statement printed out. Told to take a seat. Teller was cash only. However had a statement printed here before. I had an appointment to get to. In the 15/20 minutes I sat in the seat 4 more people were advised to take a seat. Bank was very quiet two tellers on. Six people have taken a seat as advised. Really not good enough in today's busy world. 20 minutes I will never get back, all for a printout statement

Just been along to RBS in Dunfermline, difference between Dunferline and Kirkcaldy is like chalk and cheese. The gentleman at the entrance of the Dunfermline branch was very polite and helpful. I explained what my visit was about and he showed me to a waiting area. A few minutes later a lovely young lass approached me and resolved my problem within a few minutes.

I didn’t get the name of the gentleman or the young lass but she had long blond hair and she used to work in the Cowdenbeath Branch.

Well done to the Dunfermline Branch 10/10 for manners, politeness, knowledge and helping Senior Citizens.

Kindest regards

Closing the branch early with no notification from the bank they are doing so. Getting beyond a joke with them now. Find a bank that actually care about their clients folks. As RBS clearly don't.

We had a great experience at the bank today, even though they were very busy the staff took time to help everybody. We had to transfer a large amount of money and the assistant took great pains to make sure we weren't subject to fraud, this made me confident the transaction was carried out properly.
thankyou.

Was sent a gift box of sweets and chocolate to apologise for a wait! I am transgender and have recently legally changed my name, when I went into the Dunfermline branch to change my account details and get a new debit card I was met by lovely, trans friendly staff who referred to me by the correct name and pronouns for the entire experience. Admittedly, the process did take about 40 minuets but during that time the staff talked me through what was going on, made small talk, and were just overall very polite and professional. Two days later, I received a box of chocolate truffles and a gift box with various chocolates and sweets in the post, with a note from the bank apologising for the wait I'd had earlier that week. Me and my Mum were totally stunned! A huge thank you to the RBS team and the wonderful Lorna Madden, who personally signed the note.

The staff here are lovely and very professional however the length of time spent waiting in a queue is completely unacceptable perhaps a few more tellers would help. Make sure you’re not rushing on to an appointment because you’re definitely going to have a long wait
