My order has not been dispatched even though the website updates everyday saying it will be dispatched the next day, no response to emails, if you cannot provide the service due to an unprecedented amount of orders then you should stop taking orders until you can fulfil the ones you have!

Edited to add, I also find it interesting/awful customer service that you can respond to a one star review within an hour but continue to ignore emails!

Package 2 months late, still waiting.

I don’t review companies, but have to warn people against this one.

Ordered 17th Dec, still no package in sight (today is 8th Feb).

No one has ever reached out to tell me there’s an issue or apologise. And according to Trust Pilot I’m not the only one.

I’ve emailed several times asking where it is & been assured it will be here very soon (at one point it was definitely arriving by 19th Jan, that obviously didn’t happen).

There are lots of amazing eco businesses out there & they give a damn when things go wrong. Don’t waste your time with this one x

I have received fake branded goods from this company. I emailed in a couple of weeks ago to explain that the products are far from what I expected and of poor quality (I have been using the same brand for 5 years so know the product well but I haven't sourced them through Big Green Smile before), but Big Green Smile have failed to even acknowledge my email. My order was of high value and I feel like it has been a complete waste of money. I won't be using big Green Smile again and will recommend that others avoid this company with no customer service whatsoever, a very poor experience.

Great eco products at very good prices. I recently had a missing delivery but BGS re-sent the items without any fuss, for which I'm extremely grateful. Have used the company a couple of times now and will continue to do so.

I've bought lots over the last few months. Good product, good service. I intend to use this company often.

Black Friday spam, unsubscribed 4 or 5 of the same email in 12 hours. One, or two, every day. I have been getting them all week how to lose subscribers and paint a really poor impression of your company. Is there a 16-year-old in charge of your email promotions?

So glad I've found this company! Such a great range of ethical products, wonderful ethos and lovely staff. I make eco-conscious nappy cakes and gift baskets and Big Green Smile stock the toiletries I use at a lower price than anywhere else. I'll now think of them for other products too.

My friend has told me about the story. He bought a product and got the wrong items. This acknowledged by him. He let the customer service team know about this, and they apologized and said they will reimburse any costs incurred for the return. For the customer service team to then mention that the return was already paid for and not issue any refunds for return paid by the customer which quite high.

Very disappointing, I will never use this or recommend this site at all.

The inconvenience also is in the fact that my friend took hours and is still solving a mistake done by the company, certainly not a biggreensmile from him.
