This is my local store 🏪 small but ok I just wish for more product lines shelfs often empty and offers missing you need something special go to a bigger store

I found the duty pharmacist attentive and helpful, as well as informative..
She made me feel like an individual, noticing and complementing me and on leaving the store said she hoped I felt better soon....
I was feeling pretty rough and poorly, I really appreciated her attention and friendly approach. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the pharmacy within this boots is one of the most awful I have come across, with the pharmacists being very unpleasant, so I will definitely take my prescription elsewhere in the future. However, the staff at the till by make up counters are helpful even when busy.

Hi Everyone. An appointment only Boots Opticians store. A friendly knowledgeable helpful place. A Boots General Store is close by. Both places are well stocked.

Staff is very helpful and they have almost everything in store , very convenient ,

Come on Boots, what's with the trip hazards around the checkout? Your poor cashier has barely any room to manoeuvre, your health and safety could be a lot better!

Whoever is responsible for hazard spotting and risk assessments needs some retraining before you have a claim on your hands for a workplace injury!

As has been reviewed here before, this is a crummy Boots: regularly looks a complete mess; slow to checkout; prescriptions not in stock and they don’t update you about it.

Always use this store for prescriptions. Staff are very helpful and pharmacy is well stocked but, due to work load to staff numbers, I usually have to wait 10-15 mins.
Update 2022; after various issues with suppling my prescriptions I've now transferred my custom to a different pharmacy.
