Staff were working so hard in a very busy pharmacy. They remained calm and polite and helpful, efficient whilst under relentless pressure. Thank you for doing such a good job today, you are amazing.

I'm happy there's a boots in Redhill as in general I love boots and their products and offers. However, this is probably the worst boots store I have ever visited. Poor availability, massive queues around lunchtime. Rude pharmacy staff. I bought baby formula there recently and noticed at home that the BBD was only 10 days away. I work in retail and know that this should no longer be on sale.

If I could give no stars then I would. The staff are friendly and helpful but I don't understand why they don't have more staff. This is the only chemist in the centre of redhill. It is always super busy. This was my 4th trip to pick up the same prescription. Each time we waited over half an hour. The first time they didn't have the full amount of meds. The second time the queue as usual was ridiculous. The 3rd time the shop was shut at 10am as no pharmacist turned up and the 4th time we waited in a queue for 30 mins then it took another 15 mins to make up the prescription. This is not a one off and I won't be sending prescriptions there again. Life is too short to wait here every time you need a prescription.

Always massive queues and no one serving. They have recently added a till point so you don't have to queue for medicines in the same queue as other customers. What's the point in having more tills if you still have no staff. I work in retail as a manager and I know the stresses put apon retail to do more with less hours budget but today I asked a staff member who was putting out stock if she could serve me as I was tight for time, had been waiting for 5 minutes already and the checkout lady was dealing with a customer with a lost parcel so it wasn't going to be quick. The staff putting out stock just told me to wait for her cos she was the only one serving! If I said this to customers in my shop they wouldn't shop with us again. And we are told that on a weekend (this is Sunday) it's all about sales and service.

Be prepared for long waiting time to collect your prescriptions perscribed by the hospital they reside in combined with poor customer service.

As a hospital pharmacy, they are very busy, so 100% support that. However, it is not cool when you get an appointment that ends as the pharmacy closes and you can't take your prescription elsewhere.

This is the worst hospital pharmacy I’ve ever come across. The customer service is POOR they have a senseless system of a 30 min wait when you hand in your prescription ( which you can’t get anywhere else either). I am heavily pregnant and was told to wait in the extremely long queue by the most rude and insensitive customer assistant called MATT who clearly doesn’t know that heavily pregnant people do not need to stand and wait in long queues they can be moved to the front automatically! Anyway I waited in this long queue to hand in my prescription and was told I had to wait 30 mins to collect.
After 30 mins I went to the till to collect only to be told they don’t have it in stock and I’ll need to have it ordered in which takes a few days! Bare in mind I had accumulated an extra hour in total waiting for this which makes things worse as the car park is now £4.50 per hour! I needed this medication urgently and had no other means to get the dose required for that day. Luckily a different lovely customer assistant agreed to give me 2 half doses until the order arrived in a few days.
For such a large hospital the pharmacy is EXTREMELY POORLY RUN AND UNDERSTAFFED.
There is also always a long queue of cars waiting to get into the small hospital car park which is always rammed.
I always have an awful experience at Boots here- it’s just terrible and needs to be structured.

Always short staff.
Min 10min wait just to get a drink or snack.
No dedicated till for shopping.
You have to wait all the prescriptions and medication collections. 1 till for everything.
No automatic payment till.
This shop needs a new MANAGER!
