Friendly staff who are happy to help find things or answer questions. Shop is in a great location that's an easy walk but has security because not all the store's customers have honest intentions it seems. Shop is clean and the shelves are stocked well. Generally a well run Boots that's pleasant to visit.

I went here at around 5pm ish and the store was absolute carnage. It looked like Christmas eve! Cages of stock to be put out, empty shelves, things lying around on the floor. It looked like a skeleton staff day.
The service at the till was pleasant and nonchalant, as though it was always like this - it isn't! I've been to this store where it has been beautifully presented. It must have been a bad day for them.

I love boots in Mare Street! It has everything that I want. Customer service and staff are amazing! Especially Bano, who is always so cheerful, polite and helpful..keep it up guys, you're doing an awesome job 👏 👍
