There is only one pharmacist. If they go to lunch you cannot purchase anything on prescription or that requires their approval. Check before you arrive.

Pharmacist was very rude accused me of going to collect prescription with a text message, which I got yesterday. When I tried to show her the message she walked off. No apology nothing. Disgraceful behaviour from a professional.

Good range for a medium sized store just didn't have what i needed at the time.

I was discriminated when I went there. Superdrug is better they have welcoming and kind staffs.. no wonder most people are going to superdrug

Just been to fetch prescription, after receiving tx from boots. The pharmacy is shut between 2-3pm . Nowhere does it state this on website or in tx i received. When i asked, I was told, they don't do website. Why aren't we being told ??

Been trying to book Flu jab - initially told no one to do it then I booked it and it was cancelled and when trying to rebook the phone is just ringing out over and over again and it’s not over lunch

Went to Victoria centre Nottingham to get some douche vita perfum from boots the young lady that served me was absolutly lovely the perfume is by doir and it's beautiful there ought to be more staff like her around so smiley and freindly and helpful thank you

Very poor service, eight days late with a delivery, nobody answering phones. Ended up phoning main customer service to get issue resolved. Not happy.
