Boots

Good sized beauty store, has most things one could need and staff always willing to place online orders if item is unavailable in store. Could do with a few more staff on the shop floor though.

Staff are friendly, generally well stocked. But it is needs renovation and particularly needs the aircon fixed. Needs more pharmacy staff so that they can answer the phone / open longer hours

Had to go boots to get some advice from pharmacy as I got bitten. The pharmacy gave me the advice I needed and explained I should attend Doctor ASAP due to nature of bite and did not just try and sell me something.
So great customer service well done !

Went boot's as pulled muscle thigh and refused to sell voltrol was absolute joke,no one serving person spoke us dissapeared,so glad don't have prescription Go there because customer service relations are apalling.

I visited the Gravesend boots for eye check. My optician was excellent, very courteous and helpful. She wasn't rushing even though I was the last customer. Boots frames and services are certainly pricey. OCT scan cost 10 pounds in Specsavers and they charged me 25 pounds for the same.

Boots is pretty good in Gravesend town centre. The staff and selection is great, the only issue is the shop itself. It's all well stocked and clean, but it's a little drab, doesn't look like it's seen an update in years. Coat of paint and some fixings replaced would do wonders.
Overall the best local pharmacy by far, and a really good shop too.

Had an eyetest felt very comfortable with the optician who made me at ease and ery pleased with the range and quality of the glasses overall very all round

One of the last good shops left in Gravesend, selling perfumes and all manner of bathroom and body items. Plus a pharmacy and a opticians.
