Terrible customer service with cosmetics.

Return policy states that all cosmetics can be returned if unopened. I took my unopened product back to this store and It was mentioned to me that “you can not prove you haven’t opened it”. Not one member of staff even looked at the product and they instantly mentioned that they do not return cosmetics at all. ( this is not correct)

The staff member could clearly see I did not open the product. The boots website clearly states the refund and exchange policy with cosmetics.

Another boots store supported as they follow the boots policy and dealt with the situation much better than Yarmouth.

Tried yet again to speak to somebody on the telephone about my prescription as I'm now down to two days of meds left..
For the third time in as many days my call has been unanswered... the phone rings and rings for about 5 minutes but nobody picks up, eventually being cut off.
This, together with the sometimes abrupt telephone manner of the Pharmacy staff has made my mind up to cancel my Prescription services and move to another Chemist.
Of course I would like to complain personally to somebody at the store but I just know I would be wasting my time... very sad situation.

Lack of pharmacy staff caused delays on my prescribed meds to the point of running out despite re ordered in good time.
In the end took prescription and went to another pharmacy.
Very poor show for prob Britain's largest pharmacy chain!

Big boots store when compared with high street Gorleston

Hard to get through on the phone. Confusion for my wife who is quite unwell as she could not get her medication sorted for two days, seems to be a lack of pharmacists in both chemists she used when trying to get her prescription although one was not Boots. They did recover matters slightly by bringing the order to the car.

Staff are always incredibly rude here. I've never known a pharmacy that is so consistently disorganised. I stood in a queue for twenty minutes. There were four customers in front and behind me in the queue. I watched two of them being told they couldn't find thier prescriptions/ medication and to come back tomorrow. I watched the pharmacist take my medication out of the drawer, which was full of the same medication . She then told me she would have to check there was enough stock(?). I then had to sit and wait while I watched her have a few minutes moan with her colleague, do her best not to serve a customer who just wanted some off the shelf cough syrup and grudgingly serve the person in the queue after me only to tell her to come back tomorrow. I felt blessed to get my medication at all! I'm definitely changing my pharmacy.

Great place for health care and beauty products, used to be expensive but is better value now!
