Boots

By far the worst Boots. It is never open! The amount of times I have gone and it’s closed and / or opening at 2pm. There is absolutely no consistency for the public to get prescriptions etc. Not a good service for a busy town.

Never a pharmacist there so you can collect your prescription. In future prescriptions will be supplied by Total Health Watton. Your fault you lost the business!

No much on shelves sadly but does have option of ordering in store but I needed item urgently

I 💕 love the way how the pharmacy's employers treat you when you need to buy something or pick up a prescription. I am not from the UK so I compared it with the pharmacy from my country. They also have a large brand of makeup and perfume. For all pockets. I am glad that I choose them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Never open?!!! Terrible so called opening hours now. Watton has a very big elderly population yet for example Wednesday opening hours are 3pm-5pm on market day. What use is that??

If Boots can't be bothered to provide a proper service then leave and we will have another pharmacy back like before!

Excellent staff, always happy to help. Anyone who complains is just impatient!

Good range of products for a small space. The pharmacy side is always really busy unfortunately. You are mostly waiting around 20 mins and my partner always gets an owing slip. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I would've liked to have given 5 stars but some of the shelves were bare.
The staff though were lovely and very helpful.
Hope the lack of stock is a temporary thing.
