We ordered our bed back on the 13th February from your Rugby store and was looking very much forward to it coming on the delivery date of Wednesday 23 March.
On the date however we got no contact stating it wouldn’t be this date, my partner took the day off work which he wont get paid for, to have to call himself and be stuck on hold for over an hour to get told there is supply issues and GUARANTEED delivery would be the following week Thursday 31st March. This was disappointing and we accepted only having to wait another week.
We now today however have received a text message stating the delivery wont be till 6th May! This is completely unacceptable service and a ridiculous time to expect someone to wait for a bed. Let alone what happens if in a months time you change the date from May to july!
We cannot continue with waiting around we got rid of our bed due to expecting it the original date. We have been sleeping rough on our sofas and now have had restless nights of sleep and back ache. We are not happy at all and neither does it seem a lot of other customers are according to your trust pilot reviews.
We want a full refund and further compensation for the extreme inconvenience and physical pain this has caused our bodies to indure.
I have spent the past two hours trying to get through on the dreadful customer service number and also have sent an email i doubt ill get a reply to

Also when headboard was delivered it was in wet damaged packaging so obviously been chucked in a damp corner of a warehouse instead of being delivered.
Assured not a problem "we" could do something about that, no worries. So after a bit of hmming and arrring I decided yes I would go for it. As long as price was ok. I said time was tight as I had a meeting to get to. The lady made a call and said the price is what it is and no room to move. Which meant I was paying over what I could afford and I put the extra amount on my credit card. We did look at finance but how she explained was the remainder would have to be paid in full before i could collect the bed.
