Leisure Wheels

I don’t usually do reviews but Darren at leisure wheels in Hemel Hempstead has been brilliant. I’m loving the new ride on this amazing Cube Reaction Hybrid. Darren even changed the saddle,:handlebar grips and pedals for me. I cannot rate the service at leisure wheels highly enough ! Thank you for all your help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bike to try leisure wheels first, you will not be disappointed;)

Great shop. Friendly amd helpful staff, good range of bikes and ancillary equipment. Ordered from their website initially, but bike size wasn't right (my mistake). Spoke via email to arrange and exchange - great communications and super helpful. Can't fault them.

Great service and support. Darren very helpful in advising and concluding my purchase on Cube ReactionPro. Bike ordered Friday 13.00, delivered next day. Sturdy box and substantial protective bubble wrap covered whole bike therefore no damage issues. Brakes and derailleurs all worked/adjusted perfectly out of box. Bike is a much improved model over my 2018 Cube ReactionPro. Subsequent helpful advice from Sam on ancillary matters. Price competitive, efficient processing and respond quickly to mail.. Just wanted to say whoever serviced my bike (I picked it up this afternoon) did a great job. It rides like new, the brakes are sharp and there are no sounds from the gears. Well worth the cost of the service.
I recommend Leisure Wheels for anyone's bike that needs a service.

Amazing service from start to finish, found a great deal for my bike, and genuinely five hundred pounds cheaper. Had a couple of questions and the team are so experienced in all aspects I needed help in. Was a small scratch on the handle bar post and they sent out a replacement part DPD the next day. Above and beyond a great experience and will buy my wife’s bike from here without hesitation.

Fast delivery for a great bike. Excellent customer service, twice I have reached out with issues (largely from not doing my research on the bike) to do with the mudguards. They sent me the parts required free of charge and very quickly too! Brilliant service!

I recently purchased my 2022 Cube Reaction Hybrid from Leisure Wheels cycle shop using my Halfords cycle to work voucher. From the first enquiry email to receiving the bike, the staff (Dan and Sam) were very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. They didn’t charge me an admin fee for using the cycle to work voucher, which many money-grabbing shops do. To put the icing on the cake, they were extremely fast to dispatch and they use DPD courier who, in my opinion are the best. The bike was packaged very thoroughly and came with detailed instructions of how to assemble. All in all, a brilliant experience and they will be my first port of call for future purchases.
