Excellent and friendly service, explained everything I needed to know. Not knowing a huge amount about bikes they were incredibly helpful.
They also offer a free check up after buying the bike which is a huge bonus.

I took my bike in for a service to TBW Sevenoaks branch earlier this week, and I can't overstate how helpful, knowledgeable and friendly the guys were. They're obviously bike experts, but importantly, they're not bike snobs. Just a brilliant experience all round - thank you very much.

Well, this shop and the staff has to be commended for brilliant service and attention to even the smallest detail. My Hbike was serviced today and it feels like new. Staff spent time with me when l looked round the bikes and stuff. This is a proper centre for bike fans of all types and ages.
One request, can you start working on electric bike motors too to earn a sixth star?

The guys at TBW fitted a new cassette and chain onto my daughter's MTB. I should have booked in advance but they did it willingly in a couple of hours anyway. Friendly, efficient and a fair price, as usual. Would highly recommend.

Took my bike in as I needed to remove pedals which were stuck. The two guys working did it straight away and didn’t charge me either. Great service and great experiences technicians. Would go back.

Many thanks to Jim who helped me out today. Despite being busy he spent time helping me with my seized up cleats and answered some questions that I had. What a great experience of a top bike shop. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Jim!

Great service, good prices and very knowledgable staff. My chain broke mid-way through a ride and they were able to replace it in no time, allowing us to finish the ride. Very helpful guys, would definitely return!

Was knocked off by a car today resulting in a buckled front wheel. TBW fitted me a new wheel, gave my bike a quick check over and got me back on my way. Can't recommend them enough
