Can’t speak highly enough of this bike shop. Taken two bikes there and they always get the work done fast and well. Had a recent frame warranty issue and they were so helpful in getting my case sorted with the manufacturer. They go above and beyond. I trust their opinion and trust their work. Highly recommend

My child seat was not working properly, a piece was out of place which made it unusable.

The first multi shop brand I went suggested I throw it and buy a new which I was not keen to do so I explored another opinion.

Came into the shop and Ted sorted it out in 15 mins and just charged £10 - so happy that I didn’t had to throw away so much plastic and metal and was able to repair it and fix it.

So glad NipNip allowed me to do it - top class service and skills 👍🏽🥇

Very friendly staff, had the work I had requested done in quickly and it was of high quality. Unfortunately they left grease all over my handlebars and my tire pressure dropped from 80 psi to 20 psi. I would probably go again (with my expectations managed), I imagine the reason for the issues was because they were very busy (they did the work on my bike much faster than expected), though I did refuse the full service which would have included handlebar wrapping and tire pressure being checked

I went in to have my tires checked for a puncture, and they were able to make necessary repairs within the hour. Matt attended to my bike and was very professional and helpful. I will be coming back here whenever my bike needs fixing and or service.

5-star service for my bike annual maintenance and the mechanics over there are genuinely nice and helpful 👍 Yes it will cost you a bit more than leaving your bike at a bigger chain store but the quality of service is unparalleled! I left my bike on a late Saturday afternoon for a “Silver” service and chain replacement and it was ready to be picked up on Monday at 5pm! Now that’s what I call a fast service. Thanks NipNip. Will definitely recommend you to all my cyclists friends! 🚴‍♂️🚴

Staff went beyond all expectations. Helpful, understanding, straightforward. Solved my problem of my trying to fit my tubular tyres on a front disc hub inside out. In the end I booked my bike in for a gold service and was given an awesome courtesy bike. 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommended. I've gone in with punctures and although clearly very busy the guys have made an effort to get a new tube fitted for me ASAP and get me back cycling within 15-20mins. Can tell they're passionate about cycling/bikes and I'd have no hesitation using them again. They are slightly more expensive than a bigger chain which begins with D but for convenience and speed I don't mind paying that.
