Took my month old Halfords Gravel bike in to have the gears looked at. They weren't right from opening the box with phantom and random shifts and were clattery. Further compounded by my fiddling in the dark art of indexing gears. David fixed the problems and the bike now shifts perfectly and quietly. Well recommended!
