The customer service is amazing, went there on Monday with bottom bracket to be replaced, shop was extremely busy and I was promised to be sorted till end of the week. What a surprise that they called me next day to collected the bike with very small fee. Very satisfied with their service and hardly recommend it!

Came in due to a horrendous creaking noise with my pedals. Spoke to Little Steve and he was able to fix it in no time at all.

I went in with a brakes query on my wife’s bike. Steve )with a beard) noticed that the cable had just popped out. Placed it back in and slightly tightened the other brake. In and out in 2 minutes with no charge.

If you need a bike shop go here. The guys who run it are top notch Pompey geezers. Don't ask them for a discount like the several other customers did whilst I waited. it's a small independent bike shop just trying to get by. Support them and pay the full price they quote you. They aren't con men, they offer parts and service which has set prices. Although the part I needed they gave me for free. As I say they are top gents

Took my BMX to the Cycle Exchange after a fall. Excellent service from Big Steve who checked it over and fixed the cranks for me in no time. Friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.
