Back cycling after many years and was looking for a local bike shop for advise and upgrading components. After going to multiple shops in the area, Chris was incredibly helpful with everything and was able to help me with everything I needed, thank you !

Went in about two months ago 20 mins before closing as my bike chain and broke usually I’d go to my friends garage to get it fixed but they weren’t there so I went here and the guy said “can’t do it I’m closing early cos I have no customers” which was a huge lie as I was there asking for help so this left me stuck walking home when it was really cold and hammering it down in rain down to rossall as my bike was Unridable basically been in browsing other times and the staff was nice it was just this person that was rude

Great bike shop. Really helpful knowledgeable staff. Lots of great accessories and gifts for the cyclist.

Went to enquire about replacing two tyres, one had a puncture. Chris was very busy servicing bikes, answering the phone and questions from myself and other customers. He had the tyres for my bike in the shop and kindly agreed to replaced both tyres and innertubes whilst I was there. Very knowledgeable and professional, I will be going back there again.
