Cycle Exchange

This is my fourth bike purchased and third part ex. All bikes are excellent as reviewed and the part ex prices are competitive. Customer service is highly rated. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional. Don't bother with Ebay, Cycle Exchange are easier, honest and a great way of selling your bike at a fair price. Thanks Matt and team

I just one of the rudest service I ever experienced in a bike shop. I just went to ask for the availabity for women road bike and for my size. The woman assistant found me a small one but would not let me get to try for size. She made all sorts of excuses though the bike was right in from of me. She could not work out how to put the seat down. One of the rudest service in any industry but never have I been treated so rudely in any bike shop. Never go in there again. I thought it was a friendly place. I guess you need to be the right colour and look like you got money to spend.

Mixed review really. The communication was very good, however the bike took over 2 weeks to be delivered (delivery cost £75). In addition I bought the bike off of the online description of being in excellent condition with a small mark on the drive chain as shown in the pictures. After inspecting the bike there is a fair size dent at the bottom of the right fork and one side of handlebar grips are bashed up. Not huge issues but it would have been great to know first.

Excellent service, super happy with my part exchange. The communication and customer service was great and the collection and delivery was the best I have experienced from a bike shop. I will definitely use again.

For my application for quota I’ve got just a generic robo letter with no explanation.

The bike falls outside of our buying criteria, which was highlighted here.
Our buyers don't think we will be able to successfully complete an onward sale on your item at the moment.
The condition of the bike means it is not viable for us to resell”

Customer service doesn’t even bother for picking a reason.

Honestly the guys in the workshop are the best around. I’ve been to all the big name bike places with a good reputation and no one can match them.

Everyone who works there does an exceptional job (I’m very fussy, I can’t bare things not to be 100%) I’ve had a full di2 upgrade on my SL6 S-Works, serviced there twice, other general maintenance they know their way around any level of bike or part and have so much expertise and experience to help you with decisions.

Recently did some insurance work for me after an accident with a car and service was next level, helped me communicate with the insurance company on a tricky part of the claim and loaned me a wheel to keep me riding whilst we got everything sorted.

Honestly Matt, Alex, David and the whole team are absolutely sh@t hot and if you need anything doing make them your first port of call!

Very nice shop with a great selection of bikes.The staffs are very helpful. Also they have a cafe and a workshop so it’s good if you want your bike serviced or want to stop for a coffee 🚲☕️

Use the workshop v regularly for flat tyre fixes but recently got rammed by another bike at traffic lights & workshop crew there couldn’t have been better/quicker/great value - was back on the road safely in super quick time - v much appreciated
