Really friendly team. Took my bike there on the off chance they could help with gear issues without having booked in. They took it in and gave it a good look over and sorted the problem so I could could continue on my ride. Very happy to have this place as my local bike shop!

The best local bike shop in Essex. Jason is a miracle worker and always able to give sound advice and assistance in all things bike related for prices that actually make sense.

I rolled up with a muddy bike and screwed up gears on a bank holiday morning. The owner attended to my bike very professionally, finding a number of issues and clearly wanting to get everything set up perfectly before handing the bike back. I continued my ride for the rest of the day and the gears were running like a dream. Thank you for saving my ride!

We took my son's BMX race bike to Spokes as mum wasn't able to connect the brake levers back together after flying it over from Australia.
Top notch, fast service from a very kind, personable couple (I think couple, sorry if not haha) Would recommend 100%. Going back today for something else.

I was half way through a ride and was having issues with my brakes, stopped at spokes and I must say, the warmth a care shone through. I was back on my way in no time!

Jason at spokes is a wizard. He has recently serviced my Giant XTC which really needed attention. The drop off was quick and efficient, problem diagnosis was quick and accurate and turn around was speedy. I had the bike back within 5 days. Fantastic team, great effort and fabulous value for money. keep up the good work. Matthew.
