I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and the speed from Eskuta! I placed an order two weeks ago for an SX-250 the sales manager, Jake answered all my question and the rest of the team made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process, from placing my order to delivery.
I was given an estimate delivery time from when my order was placed and it arrived two days early!

I had noticed a few of these zipping about and after some thought decided this was an excellent alternative to a petrol 50cc moped. Ok it took a little bit longer than I was expecting but given the demand for the bikes, after chasing it up they did respond and kept me notified, I did badger them a bit however.

Well it arrived and couldn’t wait to give it a blast. There has been a lot of thought into building this machine. The bike is quality, it’s really well built and it goes, boy does it go. The motor kicks in with the ease of peddle motion. The brakes are magic with great stopping power. Not done a full range yet but been on it for a couple of hours and the battery still at full charge.

The little extras, the built in alarm are a nice touch. A few chips in the front panel when received but it’s cosmetic and doesn’t reflect the bike itself which is great. Not sure what the after service will be like yet but I am more than pleased with the purchase so far.

I didn’t get the extra luggage as I thought it was a bit pricey but now wish I had as there isn’t that much storage. Having bought a few extra security measures there isn’t really any space.

I have seen other mountain bikes and e bikes for a lot more money but this so far has not been disappointing. I absolutely love it.

Eskuta Sx-250d series III Review:

Pros:

Handling very good.

Seat is comftable.

Head lights are as good as some
mopeds.

Technology bar works as intended.

Brakes are good.

Alarm and lock very safe. Peace of mind when leaving it for a short time to pick up delivery.

Generally the bike it self no issues as of yet and enjoyable to ride.

Cons:

Advertising the battery at 40-50 miles is a bit suspect even with the **. As others have said the battery will do 25 miles max. Thankfully I ordered two as I thought that was going to be the case and alternate the two whilst doing delivery. I charge the battery at 20%-30% to pro-long the life of it which they also suggested when delivered so only get 18-20 miles from it untill I have to swap for the other.

Customer service is poor. Only ever one person in the office at times of calling to ask questions and was told i'd recieve a call first thing the next day and didn't recieve one.

I was told by a sales person that delivery would be 2-3 weeks and I would be called for a delivery date. I waited the 3 weeks and gave them a call and was told that "they don't do delivery dates" and i'd have to wait about a call to arrange a date. After another 17 days of waiting I finally recieve a call that my bike is on the way and it's last out to be delivered. Thankfully it was the only day of the week that I don't actually work.

Don't bother with the delivery box. If you really think you need one order one that is good quality and bigger. When asking a question about the box if it would fit all Uber Eats, Deliveroo bags etc they responded "Yes they are actually quite known for it". Unless you want to squash the bag into it then fair enough.

I rated 3 stars as I enjoy delivering on the bike it's a shame about the cons listed but I will review again in 6 months time and hopefully Eskuta improve their customer service and take on the feedback from everyone.

I purchased a bike back in July which turned out to have a fault. After contacting you, my bike was swapped over for a new one.

Can't fault customer service, it was excellent!!

Also delivery driver was lovely.

Lack of customer care, using excuses. I not happy with the way myself & patner have been treated, cancel our order without request with no reason to why. But trying to say they don’t rent out to Scotland then to change their mind to they wanted us to buy the bike out right away when they already took the deposit & said their sending out the bike as agree on their policy website. They realise they had broke the contract as their supposed send out the bike within two weeks of delivery wanted us to wait longer but by their policy also said on their website they’re supposed give you a week with the bike before taking the first rental payment of £65.00 which is fine but they realise they broke their policy because we’d have got after they took the first payment schedule for the 23rd as the said they couldn’t get the bike to us until the end of January now I did speak to them about this & at first they said they would change the schedule date to the 3rd of February which is perfectly fine & myself & my patner agree to it but then about an hour later they had send us an email saying they cancel the order & lie on the email saying it was by are request which was a lie. We phone them & that’s when they told us about not rent out to Scotland after they agree to sending out the bike & taking are deposit then they said the only way they send it out only if we bought the bike out right away. Which is a lie because they do rent out to Scotland they’d just realise they had broke the contract & if they had sent out the bike as they would have took the first payment before the product as in the bike arrived & like I said lie to us about the change of first payment date which would have recorrect their policy mistake but no they decide only to cancel behind are backs without discussing it with us first because they reside they would have broke the contract. honestly the experience myself & patner have had with the company is astonishing & unjustified can’t believe the way they just treat us. It is out right malicious.

Worst company ever, ordered a bike on the 2/01/2023 after a week they say am told they cancelled it because they can't deliver to Glasgow, just because they where gonna take a another payment before the bike was delivered and its say on there website payment taken the following Friday after deliver what a joke 🙄 never seen anything like this

This company is a joke!!! there customer service is appalling been waiting for a refund for nearly 3 months!!.. countless phone calls requesting this only to be told every single time the accounts team should be in within 2 hours???... The accounts team are always available to take your money funny that! promised call backs that never happen!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I normally don't write reviews but this experience just annoyed me. Now is up to the company to decide if they should improve their sales team or just leave it like that... This was a bad experience I had and a recommendation for the company. Because sometimes the Founder can't control all aspects of the company that could negatively affect the brand. I am writing this review, not for the product but for the Sales team. I was trying to buy an Eskuta and unfortunately just faced an aggressive lady trying to sell me the Eskuta and wanted me to put the deposit down like there is no tomorrow. I understand that is the process, but the way she was so aggressive, manipulative and pushy just completely affected the sale. Maybe the Product is great but the way she was trying to sell was one of the worst experiences I had when trying to buy a product. I was trying to work out a deal but she was so aggressive that the only thing I wanted to do is just hang up. I wanted to speak with the other department but she was so manipulative saying, " you could only speak with another department if you make the deposit or buy the Bike". The reason I wanted to speak with the other department is to work out a partnership that could be a win-win scenario for both, but as she was so focused on selling me the bike, she was trying to manipulate me into buying the bike because that was the only way I could speak with the other department. I love the brand's mission but now, honestly, after this, I am not sure, the experience was horrible. I just wanted a simple conversation to buy a bike with great customer service. But in fact, I just had an aggressive lady making me so much pressure to buy the bike. Sometimes just let the client talk so we could reach a fair deal. They might have lost a client or a possible partnership. Also, don't act like you are the best and you don't need more clients, that just made me feel unappreciated as a possible customer. I am happy for the company doing well, but the way she talked seems like that you guys don't care if I buy the bike or not because you guys have so many clients and don't need any more clients, that you don't even need to try, maybe that was a manipulative way of her trying to sell, well just made it worst. Sometimes being humble is the best way to succeed.
