Bought an electric bike. The staff are very knowledgeable and gave me all the help I needed. I was a little apprehensive about riding it home but as soon as I got on the bike it was so easy to ride due to the instructions I received. Great service, and I highly recommend JE James Cycles. I love my bike

Excellent service from the Chesterfield branch this afternoon. I turned up unannounced having a Di2 issue with my bike after traveling down from Cumbria to do some cycling. The manager and staff in the workshop area were super helpful and were able to take a look at my bike and resolve the issue while I waited. With it being related to the Di2, I wouldn’t be able to use my bike without them fixing it.

Buy with confidence is all I can say. I’m a distance buyer of an Orbea Rise who lives in Cornwall. I have had several warranty issues that have been dealt with, with absolutely no quibbles. I have had to pay my local orbea dealer out of my own pocket for labour and that has the been pretty much instantly reimbursed to my account. I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again which was a financed purchase over the phone with the Chesterfield store.

Looking for a bike for our granddaughters 5th birthday .. so after generally looking at the array of bikes .. Luca came to offer his help. . Absolutely brilliant service, answered every question, looked at the best deals for us and was fantastic with Vienna .. trust me she knew what colour she wanted for the bike . Great customer rappor. Cracking chain of bike shops. Great service, great selection, great prices.

They have ordered me several Hopetech parts in the past and have gone the extra mile to get me what I asked for. Other bike shops had told me they wouldn't order specific parts unless it was over a price threshold.

Generally one of the best bike shops I've ever used.

I really like this shop but never have enough ££ whenever I go. They've got some cracking deals on at the moment. Bought some winter cycling gloves for £22.99. £34.99 in local cycling shops.

I've been using this shop for years, they've been good however I did have a problem recently and I didn't go about sorting it out in the best way, that said they pulled out the stops to rectify the problem and now we're friends again, happy cyclist.

Helpful. Called in store late pm 30 mins before closing. Staff very willing to give all details and full overview on planned purchase. Team contributed to offering answers to all our questions re charging battery when away in holiday. Very impressed.
