Wilsons Cycles Peckham

Great experience with Wilson's when I buckled my wheel. Two other bike shops made out it was going to be a massive job and cost a bomb. These guys fixed it superbly within an hour at a fraction of the price and with really friendly service. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

I came into Wilson cycles with a complex problem on my bike, apart from being incredible welcoming and having an unbelievably fair to cheap price, they committed to fix my bike, incredible shop, one of the best costumer services I’ve ever had since I moved to London, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Edit: I’ve came back a couple of times and I didn’t had the same treatment as I had on my first time… I’ve had a problem with my stem bearings and asked them to take a look for me. Bike was done and the price was still fair, but then I realised that all my spacers were messed up (not the originals that was on the bike previously) the stem wasn’t aligned with the wheel, my front brake calliper was loose moving back and forth and the bike was all greasy where was fixed ( I know is not their job to clean my bike but it takes less than a minute to create a difference between you and your competition). So I’m a bit upset because they seem like really great guys but since my first visit I felt like the standard went down… now I’ve got my problem fixed but I don’t like the way my bike is looking.

Every time I’ve been to Wilsons Cycles the customer service has been outstanding. Two lovely guys working very hard to fix / improve your bikes. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fixed my bike in just a couple of hours.
Also waited for me after closing time. Definitely will be back when needed, best service!

My bike broke down at 10am and by 12 midday they had it fixed for me. The staff were so friendly, the man who fixed my bike was an angel and did so much extra maintenance on the bike which was so kind. I am so grateful for all of their help and kindness, my bike is now in better shape than it's ever been and I can get to class again! Thank you so much

What a lovely little shop! Happened to be passing when I got a flat tyre so was very fortunate to come across it. Peter was very charming and helped me out whilst giving me a little history lesson of the shop. Loved all the old features of the place and stories. Very reasonable price, highly recommend - just be aware they only take cash.

Friendly service and nice staff - however was told the bike would take approx 2 days, and it was unfortunately unfinished after 5 weeks even accounting for time to order an extra part. Really disappointed as I was told four times the bike would be finished later in the day or the next day!

Recently bought a racer bike at a car boot sale so needed to get it serviced to make sure it was road safe. I called up many bike shops in the South London area and Wilsons were the only one who really seemed like they knew what they were doing. The customer service here is impeccable. The guys here are super friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes. My bike is now running super smooth and I am very happy! A very nice bike shop, will definitely be back for future services!
