These guys are amazing, I took my bike in on a Friday afternoon as the gears were not working after a quick look I was told I needed a new gear cable and if I could leave it with them it would be ready beginning of next week. Later that afternoon Kevin called me to say bike was fixed and ready to collect, I couldn’t believe how quickly they sorted me out. Thank you so much

Superb, professional and efficient service. We phoned to enquire about a bike (at excellent value) and spoke to Stuart who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful, not to mention patient, as we phoned several times to ask various questions. He ensured that the bike was sent to us faster than usual (within 5 days) to accommodate our needs and sure enough, the bike arrived, was easy to put together and suits perfectly. Communication by email and phone has been excellent and we would highly recommend this company. Thankyou for making an expensive purchase totally worry free.

Visited this well stocked shop for a new pair of shoes for indoor spinning. Had a very pleasant and professional experience. Purchased perfect shoes for me and cleats were also fitted for me. Excellent shop for all cycling enthusiatics.

Had a great bike fit by Jack at the Specialised store in Norwich. Really helpful relaxed experience and the whole team then worked hard to source the kit I needed afterwards which was a pain for them to do. Nice work.

Very quick delivery with updates on the day. Well priced Bontrager AW3 Hardcase tyres. Quoted as 700 x 32c, prospective buyers mine are 34@65psi on Mavic all road wheels. Much easier to fit than the Schwalbe gravel tyres I already had on my old wheels. IMHO great road tyre for the winter and didn't get a puncture today despite a tractor having just cut a half mile length of hedge.
