Wow what a service, the wife and I went to meet Ian. He was so patient and thorough. We had little knowledge of the bikes but he spent loads of time with us and went though everything, he made us feel very welcome it was great to meet such a enthusiastic person who obviously loves his job! Would highly recommend Ian.

Ian is a superstar when it comes to bike knowledge and helpfulness! He helped with a repair at an extremely fair price. Then helped us source a suitable folding bike, altering a few pieces to our specification, all ready the next day, keeping us well informed and accompanying us on a test ride to make sure we were happy. A really friendly excellent service. Highly recommend

Was in the market for a new e-bike, came across I-Psycle by chance and so glad we did.
Met Ian the owner who made us feel welcome and with his wealth of knowledge was quickly able to identify our needs. He listened, recommended and allowed us a good trial ride with him pointing out the key points of the bike. At no point was Ian pushy for us to make a purchase. We ended up buying a new Haybike and Ian kindly delivered to Weymouth the same day. We also asked him to take away my wife's e-bike for a service which he did and was ready for collection the following day. Fantastic service!!!
We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

I-Psycle provide outstanding service. Ian is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile on any elements of service. He has always provided the most impressive service of any bike shop I have ever used, whether it is for an e-bike, or non e-bike. Great value for money and speedy service. We are lucky to have such a fantastic bike shop in the Poole area.

I now have a new ebike that was supplied by Ian! A new Haibike Trekking 10 Low Step. Ian's service, as always, was truly epic and the bike is amazing. I use my bike everyday for business appointments, shopping and leisure rides and I know that Ian is always on hand to support me when I need his expertise. Ian has a huge range of ebikes on display, from a Raleigh Stowaway folder, to top notch full suspension mountain bikes. I strongly recommend that anyone considering an ebike to make an appointment to pay him a visit, he is so very friendly, enthusiastic and genuine.

As for the Haibike Trekking 10, I am blown away by the quality of build, the smoothness of ride and the outstanding specification it boasts.

We have two ebikes in our family; a Raleigh Motus Grand Tour and a Cube Elly Ride. I bought the Raleigh from Ian when he was working for the dealer in Poole, he was exceptional and made the whole buying experience a complete pleasure. He has a huge depth of knowledge and enthusiasm and I strongly urge anyone to listen to his advice when considering what bike(s) they should buy.

Ian saved me from making an expensive mistake with my initial choice of bike, I am forever grateful to him for that.

I carry out all the routine maintenance on the bikes myself but with even doing that, I feel it is important to have a professional to check them over for basic safety reasons, to spot any emerging problems that I may have missed and to run a diagnostic and software update on the E-drive systems.

Ian collected both bikes from us yesterday morning and returned them in the evening - both cleaned! That was an unexpected bonus, particularly when you take his reasonable charge into account. Together with the shining bikes, he provided further advice with ongoing maintenance and handed over the comprehensive Bosch diagnostic reports and service sheets.

Ian was outstanding when I bought my bike from him 3 years ago, and he has been outstanding since. I cannot recomm him enough.

Having had mixed levels of service from previous bike shops I was looking for a new dealer and came across I-Psycle on Google Maps, I’m so glad I did! Ian really knows his stuff and is very easy to get on with. Ian has a professional yet friendly approach with a fast response to communications, excellent technical knowledge and his quality of service is first class.

I have recently had an ebike motor issue diagnosed and purchased two new Haibikes from Ian, everything went very smoothly from test ride through to home delivery.

I cannot recommend Ian highly enough, he is now my go-to bike dealer!

I have taken my e-bike to many shops across the country - I can honestly say Ian is by far the best I have encountered! He is incredibly knowledgeable, has obviously invested a lot of time in to learning his craft and above all really cares about the customer (and more importantly their bike!)

I would recommend Ian and I-Psycle with the highest of praise, and would 100% return as and when required even though I am based over 2hrs away!
