I bought my bike here, and I am very satisfied with the quality and the price. The team is very dedicated, always polite and helpful. Since purchasing my bike, I have gone back for accessories and tyre changes, and they provided excellent customer service every time. Well done!

I went into Evans Guilford today (a sunny Sunday) with a problem with my tubeless tyre/wheel. The store was understaffed due to sickness etc BUT the service was fantastic! Tom Smith who is not in the workshop but on the shop floor and a very experienced cyclist had a look at my wheel and spent time finding the best way to repair it! We chatted non stop and after 30 minutes I came out of the store with a new tube, some top tips on using Fairly Liquid and a great recommendation for Tom and Evans! Thank you

Few weeks ago, my bicycle breaks broke down. I was really worried if it’s going to be fixable, how much will cost and how long is gonna take to be fixed. I heard about this place from a colleague and soon as I finished work, I dropped my bicycle to the "doc". It took him very little time to fix it, was very professional and polite and the prices were amazingly reasonable! Thanks a lot it’s a peace in mind to know that someone’s out there can always fix around wheeling "friends"! Many thanks Tomas!

Outstanding customer service -the staff are super friendly, keen to help, knowledgeable about bikes and cycling, and happy to advise anyone from novices to expert riders. No hard selling -just honest help and advice. The store is large and stocks a wide range. They even have a mechanics section who will make adjustments for you and a free service 2-3 mths after purchase. Terrific!

Great looking store......let down by staff that are disinterested or that's how they came across, nobody wanted to help and seemed to disappear when looking for assistance and very low stock levels of items, but that is the way of the world at the moment.
Seems another Mike Ashley "sports direct" type company and has lost what Evans used to be which was miles better than Halfords but now on par.........go to a local bike shop and support small local business that would be happy to help.
The only positive I would give is the bike brands they have which are very top end.

What can I say about the manager and mechanics at Evans Cycles Guildford. I recently bought a Specialized Turbo Kenevo Expert 2021 and what a beast of a bike it is. It was a huge investment and unfortunately it arrived to them with some minor issues, but, after speaking with the manager Mark, we were able to sort tge issues quickly I had and I have been able to enjoy some awesome rides in and around the Surrey Hills. Love the bike and appreciate the support the shop gave me. My confidence in Evans remains in tact and I will definitely recommend and use again.

Went in as my kids derailleur Hanger had come off and the bolt was missing. Tom was really helpful, found a spare and sorted it out very quickly. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Will be back.
