I had to visit the shop a few times after my bike is serviced as they forgot to fix a few things. Unfortunately my bike used to run smoother before it's serviced. They were understanding and friendly but really not happy how my bike runs after spending a reasonable amount on my bike.

Update: A couple of things they mentioned they did but this is not true! They haven't explain to me that the cassette is a different ratio and installed the one they had in stock without asking me to make a choice. And also haven't been offered to check the bike over after a week of riding!

Great service today, my son started a new job yesterday and is biking into town, seat broke and shaft split on first journey and was completely stuck. Helped me remove the shaft which was well and truly stuck. All free of charge and from just walking in off the street.

Alex helped me with two bikes today and was seriously great. Very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. He resolved several issues I was having issues and was very kind to show me how to repair my bike if issues occurred in the future. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Thank you!

They installed a new brake wire, put the new pedals I bought separately and fixed my chain.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We have visited the store several times before buying my bike. Honestly, it's the service of the staff that made me decide this is where I will buy my bike. Plus their bike is really one of a kind and great value for your money!

They fitted a new power meter for my road bike in 4 hours on the day. Every other chain bike shop offered between 1-4 weeks. Best local bike shop in Cambridge. Extremely good value and genuine advice (No over selling on the service).

Great service and very reasonably priced. For them to change the inner tube of tire was only £13 (£5 labor fee), london is like £25. Nice people too, help you adjust ur bike for free if asked.

Really helpful service. I took my bike in as I was having problems changing gears. The guy fixed it while I waited and gave my bike a general servicing, and didn't even charge me anything!
